This unique project consisted of a half traditional, half Kingspan TEK structure, featuring a double garage, fully glazed gable with balcony and an upper terrace with a beautiful sun room. The upper floor vaulted ceilings allowed for the client to include a stunning glulam rafter and ridge feature.
